Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and has a strong sense of resilience and adaptability. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent to support Zinkworks’ growth. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Utilize platforms such as Notion and TeamTailor for recruitment activities, ensuring up-to-date tracking of candidate progress.
Headhunting Candidates and developing talent pipelines using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and fit with company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific team needs and align on recruitment priorities.
Maintain and update recruitment data and documents within the MS Office suite and other relevant tools.
Provide administrative support across the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to help build Zinkworks’ brand and attract talent.
Required Skills and Experience
2-4 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role.
Experience with TeamTailor is a strong advantage.
Previous experience in Tech Recruitment is highly desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
