We are partnering with a major UK Telecommunications provider to deliver their flagship "Agentic AI" transformation program. Operating from our Innovation Hub in Athlone, we are building a "CTO 2.0" ecosystem moving our client from legacy, manual workflows to an intelligent, automated operating model powered by Autonomous AI Agents.
This is not a theoretical R&D project; we are deploying production-grade Generative AI and Digital Twin solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to revolutionize critical infrastructure. Our scope spans multiple high-impact domains, including:
Fixed Access Engineering
Core Network Engineering
Data Centre Sustainability
As a Business Analyst, you will work with the Platform Architect to define the features of the "Agentic Canvas" and manage the backlog of agent skills.
Key Responsibilities
Define user journeys and requirements for AI Agents, ensuring intuitive, scalable user experiences.
Lead discovery workshops to uncover pain points and identify automation opportunities across business units.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Work with Product Owners to shape epics and prioritise the Agent Skills backlog.
Collaborate with engineers to refine requirements, validate feasibility, and ensure readiness for sprints.
Analyse operational data and feedback to improve agent performance and drive adoption.
Create documentation, diagrams, and training materials to support change management.
Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, standards, and delivery frameworks.
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to analyse and map business processes using BPMN or similar methods.
Proven capability to collaborate with engineering teams to refine and clarify requirements.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
User-centric mindset with sensitivity to UX and usability principles.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative tools.
Clear, concise documentation and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills (4)
Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or agent-based platform projects.
Experience with telecom processes or operational domains.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, or cloud concepts (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Basic data analysis capability (SQL/BI tools) to validate process insights or user behaviour.
