We are looking for a versatile UX Designer to join our Solutions & Innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple projects in enterprise software, focusing on the telecommunications, financial services, and automotive domains. You’ll balance the creation of impactful presales assets and customer pitch materials with designing intuitive user experiences for longer-term product development projects.

As a key team member, you’ll engage directly with customers, contributing to workshops with solution architects, and collaborating to deliver tailored solutions. You will also play an integral role in innovation projects, shaping the user experience for cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in our industries.

Responsibilities

• Create Presales Assets: Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to support customer pitches, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs.
• Contribute to Product Development: Develop UX/UI designs for long-term product delivery projects, ensuring seamless user interactions and usability.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with customers in workshops and presentations, contributing design insights to inform solution development.
• Design Across Lifecycles: Manage design responsibilities across various project stages, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring user-centric outcomes.
• Support Innovation: Play a key role in innovation projects, providing UX expertise to explore new concepts and define the user experience for next-generation solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with solution architects, engineers, and product managers to integrate UX into technical solutions effectively.
• Conduct Research & Testing: Use user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs, advocating for a user-centered approach.
• Maintain Standards: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across presales and product development.

Knowledge and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with exposure to enterprise software and working across multiple projects or industries.
• Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful design work.
• Customer-facing Skills: Confidence in presenting designs to customers, participating in workshops, and contributing to solution discussions.
• Research & Testing: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing to inform and iterate on designs.
• Adaptability: Ability to balance short-term presales deliverables with longer-term product design contributions.
• Enterprise Software Knowledge: Familiarity with designing for enterprise-scale solutions, particularly in telecommunications, financial services, or automotive domains.
• Innovation Mindset: Passion for contributing to innovation projects and pushing the boundaries of design in technology.
• Technical Awareness: Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
