Hiring Process
Here is what you can expect from our simple four-step hiring process.
Step 1
Submit your Application
You can apply directly via our website, or you can also find all open positions in the jobs section below.
Step 2
Introduction Call
One of our recruiters will reach out to you for an introduction call that should last no longer than 20-30 minutes. We will ask you, among others, about your availability, financial expectations, and let you know about our company values.
Step 3
Technical Interview
At this final stage of the recruitment process, you will be interviewed by one of our senior engineers. They will check your technical knowledge – in theory and in practice – so be prepared to solve some tasks.
Step 4
Final Interview
Finally, there will be an interview with your future account manager who will focus on your soft skills, communication skills and teamwork. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at this point.
Step 5
Offer
If you are the final candidate and you also choose to pursue your career with us, we will provide you with a contract including our position offer and benefits package.
